Round 1 – BrainsIf there is anything that Goku and Hei have in common, that would be there passionate love for eating food, however this round will be based on their mental and intellectual capacity, so let’s begin.
Goku as most people know is not the sharpest knife in the draw; he severely lacks in common sense, social knowledge and has no form of formal education because of his many adventures as a child. But he does excel in combat knowledge, since he has spent the majority of his life training and fighting off different types of evil Goku has always been adaptive to the situation and has shown his genius in martial arts and the art of ki. Through his experiences in battle he has great combat knowledge which plays very effectively especially in battle, however with that being said let’s move on to Hei. Hei unlike Goku does indeed have common sense, social knowledge and a well-rounded formal education background, Hei is also great in the art of deception mostly during his times as Li Shengshun being undercover and keeping his identity as the Black Reaper under wraps. Hei is also very skilled when it comes to combat knowledge always using his abilities and utilities to his advantage whilst being able to utilize his surroundings to his favor he is a very calm and calculated individual being able to even deceive his enemies in the midst of battle.
Both Goku and Hei show signs of great combat knowledge but because of Goku’s lack in common knowledge this round will have to go to Hei.

Round 2 – Bronze
Hei is a very gadget friendly type fighter because of his large use of utilities during battle, his weapon of choice being his knife and wire with the ability to swing to places and even catch enemies off guard. Hei is also a Contractor with the ability to Manipulate Electricity however he cannot control the flow of electricity through things such as the air or the ground and must use a medium that connects to his target, like his knife and wire being able to wrap it around his enemy whilst simultaneously shocking him. Hei is also known as the Black Reaper for obvious reasons being his unstoppable powers and god like potential, however will it fair against the likes of a Saiyan?
Goku is a very strong powerhouse type fighter because of his god-like strength and supernatural abilities, as a child his weapon of choice was the Power Pole but because of his large amount of training and through learning to manipulate ki he has grown to use his fists as his greatest weapons. As mentioned before Goku can also manipulate ki, a metaphysical energy source that flows through the body and mind, he uses ki to produce powerful attacks such as the Kamehameha and the Spirit Bomb. He’s also had vast experience in combat and learning new abilities like the Kaioken, the Instant Transmission, the Dragon Fist and the ability to become a Super Saiyan which doubles Goku’s power with his strongest form being Super Saiyan 3. Goku being a member of the Saiyan Race increases his power after every life threatening battle, which gives him a huge advantage in combat, with the experience, power, speed and overall fighting ability Goku wins this battle hands down.
Round 3 – 1v1 Situation
Scenario: Hei has been sent on a mission by the Syndicate to eliminate a huge threat believed to be a very powerful Contractor, this threat being “Goku” the Saiyan Warrior. Meanwhile Goku is seen training with Goten and Trunks at his home, Chi Chi is inside making sandwiches for the boys until someone knocks on her door, she opens the door and sees a man introduce himself as their new neighbour. He then introduces himself as Li Shengshun, Chi Chi then introduces Li to Goku and the boys, Goku however can sense strange energy within Li but introduces himself nonetheless. They all have lunch together as Li asks Goku to demonstrate his power to him as he had saw him training as he came to visit, Goku then charges a Kamehameha and destroys a distant mountain, Li is impressed and applauds Goku, however on the inside Hei is on edge as he has never seen a Contractor like this before. Hei then believes that his contract is his large appetite for food, Hei then tries to somehow utilize this to his advantage. Li suggests to Goku that they both go on a hiking trip, Goku accepts and the next day the two head off into the woods, whilst Goku was not looking however Hei dumped all of Goku’s food and continued the trip without telling him, Goku then becomes more hungry the further they go.
Li then volunteers to scavenge food in the forest, he then leaves for a brief moment, Goku is lying in the forest starving and waiting for Li, he then feels an exceptional power level in his vicinity. He turns around and a man in black comes leaping from a tree, he introduces himself as the Black Reaper, Goku is surprised but is not afraid. Hei then throws his knife and wire and wraps it around Goku’s arm, Hei believes he has won and uses his ability of electrical manipulation to shock Goku, Goku however is not affected and simply charges his energy and blasting Hei with ki. Hei is shocked that his ability cannot affect Goku, he then leaps from a bush and attempts to throw his knife and wire again however Goku catches the knife and shatters it in his fist, Goku then asks Hei to leave or he will get hurt. Hei flees the scene and returns as Li, he reveals he did not find any food, Goku is depressed and the too head home to eat, whilst walking back Li conducts a plan that may defeat Goku, Li and Goku then depart from each other while Goku heads home alone. He arrives and sees Chi-Chi held captive by the Black Reaper, Hei then tells Goku to surrender himself to him and die, Goku then agrees and asks Hei to let Chi-Chi go, he then attempts to stab Goku with another knife but the knife shatters once again.
Hei is frustrated and kills Chi-Chi, Goku is stunned and furious at the same time, he then transforms into a Super Saiyan and looks at Hei, Hei is shocked and flees the home, however as he is running Goku uses instant transmission to catch up with him. Goku then uses a Kamehameha and incinerates Hei, Goku then returns home and begins his search for the Dragon Balls to bring Chi-Chi back to life.
