In these matches the character will be judged in 3 specific rounds:
Round 1 - Brains, both characters will be compared by intelligence
Round 2 - Bronze, both characters will be compared by power
Round 3 - 1v1 Situation, both characters will be placed in a fictional scenario that i create as they battle to the death and find out who is the true winner.
The winners of these matches will advance to the Semi Finals
Match #1 - Sousuke Sagara vs Mugen
Match #2 - Izaya Orihara vs Lelouch vi Britannia
Match #3 - Shizuo Heiwajima vs Revy
Match #4 - Goku vs Hei
